I reached out to rustic birch on a weekend, they responded and let me know to send my questions and they would get back to me first thing Monday. As promised, they responded without a reminder with a quote. They sent mock up images to make sure they understood the assignment. They stayed in constant communication about when my stock would arrive and when they’d have the customization complete. Their pricing is very reasonable and their product quality is top notch. I’ll use them in the future for sure!!! If you’re considering using them, I’d say go for it without hesitation!
